With this kit the Head exchange can be performed by trained service personnel at customer side within 8 hours. By use of the option Nozzle Splitting the nozzle magazines of a 12-Segment Collect and Place Head can be equipped with different nozzle types. The nozzles are assigned to the magazines via the user interface of the station computer. Station computer software 407.04 is mandatory for this option. The option includes: installation-CD with software description, licence for one placement machine.

The component sensor as additional optical sensor module verifies the presence / absences of a small component short just before placement / pickup respectively. Suitable for all SIPLACE S-27 HM, HF-Series and HS-xx in combination with the 12-Segment Collect and Place Head. One Package per Head is required. The component sensor requires the modular head board. This might have to be retrofitted at SIPLACE S-23 HM item no. 359488 (and in field upgraded SIPLACE S-25 HM) and SIPLACE HS-50 item no. 359489. When using the nozzle type 906 for 0201 placement the sensor is mandatory. System requirement: Station computer >= 503.01 .Line computer >= 503.01 or SIPLACE PRO 1.3.
